Nalbinding is an ancient form of knitting. It dates back to the stone age, but is most famously known from Viking times. Nalbinding differs to knitting in that each stitch is a knot rather than a loop, making this technique very durable and easily repairable. Nalbinding is also on the red list of endangered crafts.
Most of our nalbinded items are made to order, but please feel free to contact us to see what we have in stock.
